Bayani
LTCC (Ƙananan Zafin Jiki Mai Haɗaka) wata fasaha ce ta haɗin sassa wadda ta bunƙasa a shekarar 1982 kuma tun daga lokacin ta zama babbar mafita ga haɗin sassa. Tana haifar da kirkire-kirkire a ɓangaren kayan sassa masu aiki kuma tana wakiltar wani muhimmin yanki na ci gaba a masana'antar kayan lantarki.
Tsarin Masana'antu
1. Shiri na Kayan Aiki:Ana haɗa foda na yumbu, foda na gilashi, da abubuwan ɗaure na halitta, a jefa su cikin tef ɗin kore ta hanyar yin tef, sannan a busar da su23.
2. Tsarin zane:Ana buga zane-zanen da'ira ta hanyar allo a kan tef ɗin kore ta amfani da manna azurfa mai sarrafawa. Ana iya yin haƙo laser kafin bugawa don ƙirƙirar hanyoyin haɗin gwiwa da aka cika da manna mai sarrafawa23.
3. Lamination da Sintering:An daidaita layuka da yawa masu tsari, an tara su, kuma an matse su ta hanyar zafi. An haɗa su a zafin 850–900°C don samar da tsarin 3D mai tsari ɗaya12.
4. Bayan Aiwatarwa:Ana iya yin amfani da na'urorin lantarki da suka fallasa su yi wa fenti da ƙarfe mai kama da tin-lead domin samun damar haɗa su.
Kwatanta da HTCC
HTCC (High-Zazzabi Co-Fired Ceramic), wata fasaha ta baya, ba ta da ƙarin gilashi a cikin layukan yumbunta, wanda ke buƙatar sintering a 1300–1600°C. Wannan yana iyakance kayan conductor zuwa ƙarfe masu yawan narkewa kamar tungsten ko molybdenum, waɗanda ke nuna ƙarancin conduction idan aka kwatanta da azurfa ko zinariya ta LTCC34.
Muhimman Fa'idodi
1. Yawan Aiki:Ƙananan kayan dielectric constant (ε r = 5–10) waɗanda aka haɗa tare da azurfa mai yawan aiki suna ba da damar abubuwan da ke da yawan Q (10 MHz–10 GHz+), gami da matattara, eriya, da masu raba wutar lantarki13.
2. Ƙarfin Haɗaka:Yana sauƙaƙa da'irori masu layi da yawa waɗanda ke saka abubuwan da ba sa aiki (misali, masu tsayayya, masu ƙarfin lantarki, inductor) da na'urori masu aiki (misali, ICs, transistors) cikin ƙananan kayayyaki, suna tallafawa ƙirar System-in-Package (SiP)14.
3. Ƙarancin aiki:Kayan aiki masu ƙarfi (ε r > 60) suna rage sawun ƙafafu ga capacitors da matattara, wanda ke ba da damar ƙananan abubuwan tsari35.
